Each adviser is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia and subscribes to the Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct.

Robert is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP) and holds Graduate Diplomas in both Financial Planning and Applied Finance and Investment.

Robert’s extensive experience in the financial services industry has been shaped by previous roles including General Manager of a boutique financial planning firm in Melbourne and State Manager for MLC Alliances in Victoria and Tasmania.

Robert also gained international business experience in Nagoya, Japan, establishing and managing his own corporate communication consultancy.

Hayden has been involved in the provision of financial advice since 1998 and has extensive knowledge of financial planning areas, including wealth accumulation and retirement planning.

Carol has been involved in the provision of financial advice from 2002. She has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning from RMIT University and is also a Certified Financial Planner™.

While Carol has a strong background in retirement and superannuation planning, she brings a depth of experience in working with a broad range of individuals and their needs. Carol is passionate about cultivating long term relationships and assisting clients in all aspects of their financial decision making and the achievement of what is most important to them. She places a strong focus on clarity, simplification and education thereby empowering clients with understanding and confidence around their financial choices.

Carol is a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia.

Luke is a Certified Financial Planner™, the highest designation and internationally recognised certification within the financial planning industry. He has also completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce.

In previous roles Luke has gained experience in both accounting and paraplanning, specialising in strategy, superannuation and risk.

Luke has a high level of technical knowledge in these areas and others and he enjoys establishing and managing long term client relationships.

Luke enjoys many forms of sport including Football, Cricket and Golf, he is a very loyal supporter of the Melbourne Football club!

Blake has a Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in both Financial Planning and Accounting from Deakin University. Blake is also currently undertaking further studies to become a Certified Financial Planner™.

Blake has over two years in the financial services industry with supporting advisers with comprehensive Statements of Advice and Financial Advice strategies to help ensure clients are able to achieve their goals.

In his spare time you will usually find him at the MCG barracking on the Mighty Tigers or out playing golf with his mates.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and has worked in the accounting and customer service industries for 4 years before joining APC as a Client Services Administrator in 2023. Tim plays a vital role in supporting the APC team, assisting with trade placements, and managing administrative tasks. Her keen attention to detail helps keep everything running smoothly.

Beyond numbers and spreadsheets, Tim is a true homebody. She loves immersing herself in books, unwinding with video games, and occasionally doing Pilates to stay active. Whether she’s tackling financial tasks or diving into a new story or game, she brings the same focus and passion to everything she does.

Brock Armstrong - Associate

Grad.Dip Applied Finance, B.Com & B.Ec

Brock has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Majoring in Financial Planning) from Kaplan Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Tasmania.

Brock has been involved in the Financial Planning industry for over 12 years in predominantly Paraplanning roles, and more recently Advice technology.

He has experience in both the boutique and banking sectors supporting advisers with the development of comprehensive strategies, Statements of Advice, implementation, and compliance coaching.

Outside of work, you will find Brock spending time with his wife and two young girls, cheering on the Mighty Magpies, and when time permits cycling, playing golf, snowboarding, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Lovely joined the team in 2024 with a strong foundation in financial operations, having gained experience in the accounting industry before coming on board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting and her strength lies in working tirelessly behind the scenes, running the back-office administration and processes like clockwork.
